This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ahha4d ("We", "Platform", or "Company"). 2.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activities on your account. ahha4d will never request your password via email, phone, or other media. Contact ahha4d support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• Use a strong and unique password — minimum 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

Ahha4d Platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration and use of the service by individuals under 18 years of age constitutes a serious violation of these terms and applicable laws in various jurisdictions.

Ahha4d uses various methods to verify user age, including official identity document checks during the KYC process. If a member is found to be below the minimum age requirement, the account will be closed immediately, all transactions will be voided, and the balance will be frozen in accordance with applicable procedures.

In addition to the age requirement, users must also ensure that their use of ahha4d services complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. ahha4d is not responsible for any legal consequences users may face from using the platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

Ahha4d reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a violation of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to:

• Providing false or inaccurate information during registration or account verification.
• Ownership of more than one active account.
• Use of software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Confirmed to have abused the bonus or promotion system.
• Activity indicative of money laundering or other suspicious transactions.

In cases of account closure triggered by member violations, balances from bonuses or fraudulent activity may be frozen. Balances from valid deposits will be refunded after investigation concludes, unless legal obligation requires permanent freezing.

While ahha4d is committed to providing reliable, high-quality service, there are certain limits to the liability we can assume:

• Ahha4d is not responsible for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control, including user-side internet connectivity issues, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Ahha4d is not responsible for gaming decisions made by members — every bet is an independent decision and the sole responsibility of the member.
• In the event of a system error resulting in improper payment, ahha4d reserves the right to correct the error, including reducing any incorrectly credited balance.

Ahha4d reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time.
